Lomo ibérico de bellota D'Encinares
We've tried a lot of lomo, and this is our absolute favourite, by Encinares in Extremadura.
Spanish people love this stuff! Made artisanally from the same black Iberian pigs that provide the delicious bellota ham for hamlovers. Pork tenderloin may be a less well-known product outside Spain but it is found in all good butchers' shops in Spain.
What could be more delicious and more typical of Spain than a lomo sandwich made with fresh baguette, rubbed with tomato and garlic or drizzled with olive oil? 550 - 650 g.
